When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?
If your order is placed Monday thru Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the very next business day.
If your order is placed on Friday prior to 3:00pm PST, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on Monday.
Prior to checking out, you will see several estimated arrival dates. The arrival time will depend on the type of shipping you select.
NOTE: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review.
On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
What are your shipping fees?
Shipping Fee’s are based on product weight, delivery destination, and the type of shipping method you select. The fees are then automatically calculated by our shipper, UPS.
Why should I become a Registered User?
Being a Registered User has several benefits. You won't have to re-enter your credit card, shipping or billing information; when you place an order they will be filled in automatically. You will be able to view past orders which make new orders, simple, easy and fast.
And you’ll also be the first to know about new products, promotions and new recipes.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?
No, your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.
When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, you will be issued an order confirmation number.
You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received.
We will send you a second e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped at that time you’re credit card will be charged.
Is my personal and credit card information safe on your website?
Yes, we've taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We guarantee our products for exchange only, if there should be any defect.
Exchanges will only be accepted with a Return Authorization.
Please contact Customer Service at 909-628-3601 for you Return Authorization Number.
The Return Authorization Number must be clearly identifiable on the OUTSIDE of the returned package. Without this number, we will be unable to accept the return.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. Please use a shipment method that provides a tracking number, i.e. UPS or Fed Ex. This stands as a safeguard for you, since you are responsible for the item, until we receive it.
Please also include a copy of the Original Invoice in order to expedite the processing of your return for exchange.
NOTE: Tarazi Brand Products purchased from other retailers or specialty stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
