  • Mix Falafel Mix with water. Let stand for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 350* F.
  • On a baking sheet form mixture into 2 inch round balls using a falafel scooper, or by hand.
  • Spray the falafel balls lightly with olive oil.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes rotating the pan at the halfway mark.
  • Makes 12 falafel balls.
