- 12-16 Falafel Balls
- 8 pieces of pita bread
- 8 leaves of lettuce
- 1 Whole tomato, sliced
- 1 Small cucumber, sliced
- Small onion, chopped
- Slice the pita bread in half and open each end to form a pocket.
- Line each pocket with 3-4 falafel balls and 2 leaves of lettuce.
- Fill pocket with tomato, cucumber and onion.
- Drizzle generously with tahini sauce.
