  • 12-16 Falafel Balls
  • 8 pieces of pita bread
  • 8 leaves of lettuce
  • 1 Whole tomato, sliced
  • 1 Small cucumber, sliced
  • Small onion, chopped


  • Slice the pita bread in half and open each end to form a pocket.
  • Line each pocket with 3-4 falafel balls and 2 leaves of lettuce.
  • Fill pocket with tomato, cucumber and onion.
  • Drizzle generously with tahini sauce.
